We ordered 6 limelight 5 gallon hydrangeas. 4 of them arrived in great condition. 2 arrived with broken branches and somewhat dead looking branches and wilted leaves. They were smaller and definitely not as full. I took photos of both and explained the condition upon arrival. Damage to bushes may have happened from carrier delivery but I feel they should be responsible for that. They gave me credit for a future order for one of them. Very disappointed that I was not sent replacements for both of them. I will use my credit but would never consider ordering from them again. They should really consider customer satisfaction.

Last year I had ordered plants online from other suppliers and was extremely dissatisfied in the condition of the plants. I was hesitant to place my order but I couldn't find the particular plant I wanted anywhere locally. The tree center answered all my questions by phone and I order 12 5-gallon plants for a new hedge I am building. They came so well packed, I was amazed that there was so little shipping damage to the pants. When I need something special again, I will have total trust in The Tree Center

Delivery was prompt and the condition of the plants was excellent. I was very impressed with the packaging. Only one minor criticism. There was a surgical face mask tangled in the branches. I will definitely be ordering more product from you.

I ordered Little Giant Arborvitae from Tree Center. I based my purchase on the growing information found in their description "It perfectly naturally grows into an ever-expanding ball of rich green foliage, reaching 2 to 3 feet in about 10 years, and ultimately growing to around 4 feet in height and width."
However when the plant arrived, the growers tag states 6 feet. That is much different! When I contacted Tree Center, they agreed and offered a full refund. The kicker is that I had to pay the return shipping. For three large boxes that would be significant. After FOUR contacts I finally spoke with a manage that refused to offer return shipping. The statement was that the grower tag is wrong and they are legally not allowed to remove it. Upon further information, other sites indicate that indeed Tree Center is providing the wrong information.
Even with the knowledge they are providing fraudulent information, even with the statement of a full refund; Tree Center still requires me to pay for their fraudulent statements. Not Happening. I will sell these plants locally and buy something from a different location rather than suffer the loss of shipping costs for literally no end product.
I was very cordial yet firm through all the interactions and yet there was zero resolve to right their wrong. I would strongly caution anyone from buying from their plant descriptions.

The packaging ensured that the plants arrived in very GOoD condition. One of the Bay Laurels lost a twig but all seem to be thriving as I await weather that will let them live outdoors.

My replacement tree for the one that was damaged in shipping arrived quickly and without any issues. I really appreciate the customer care I received when my first order was damaged. Thank you for all your help, I will be back for more

Received my order but missing 2 bags of root stimulator to early to judge the outcome as I Just planted both Japanese maple trees both 3 gallon containers very small and thin in stature

Awesome tree, and a great looking lavender plant! Fast shipping.....I was curious how they would survive shipping.....it was definitely packed with love and knowledge, not one ounce of spilled soil.
We will be ordering more plants again soon

Staff was helpful. I am looking forward to seeing the tree in bloom. Arrived ready to be planted and it was. This was a third order from the Tree Center and have another to order, I am sure they can help with what I am looking for.

Bought $1500 worth of trees. A month later, most are browning. 14 trees purchased, 7 browning, Tree Center offered to replace 4.
Not the way I expected to be treated.

The trees were not as well=watered as my first order. I planted them the day they arrived. I hope they do as well. Only time will tell.
